1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested after this period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be returned in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including the magnetic box, member card, and thank-you card, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
